founded in 1996; our mission is to maximize human capital and reduce organizational expenses.  As
our name implies our goal is to ease clients’ expenses and help protect their bottom line.

To help fully grasp this goal in early 2002 we acquired an employee benefits management firm and an
employee benefits design company.  These acquisitions enable us to provide a one-stop source for
human resource management, employee benefits management and training needs.

to aid in ensuring our clients’ objectives and needs is achieved. Our senior management is heavily
