All personal information is forwarded to our Business Development department. The Business Development department handles all visitor requests and feedback.
Tips for Phishing Prevention
Phishing is a type of deception designed to steal sensitive information like credit card numbers, passwords, account information, or other personal information from you by convincing you to give it to the perpetrator under false pretenses. Such messages are generally delivered in the form of an e-mail or pop-up window.
Be suspicious when reviewing your e-mails. Anyone can register for an ISP account, and Internet e-mail protocols allow anyone to send a message that appears to be from any other person. Don't assume that an unsolicited message from user@Cushioncorp.com was really sent by that account.
Keep your operating system, Web browser, messaging software, and virus detection software up to date. You can receive the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer browser updates at www.microsoft.com.
If you are suspicious of e-mails that claim to be from Cushion, please contact us. Please note that Cushion will not request passwords, user IDs or other sensitive information via e-mail.
If you suspect that an e-mail from Cushion is not legitimate, do not follow the links to the Web site from the e-mail message. Those links may take you to a spoofed site that might send your information to the perpetrator who created the site. If you suspect the message to be illegitimate, please delete it or forward it to your Client Relations team.
If you think you have been the victim of phishing, you should
Contact your Cushion Client Relations team via e-mail or phone.
Provide the e-mail to the FBI through the Internet Fraud Complaint Center. The international agency works with law enforcement and industry to shut down phishing sites and identify those individuals participating in the fraud.
